And if you still can’t figure it out …

What does Sushi Stainable mean?
Very briefly, “sustainability” is defined as creating the best possible conditions for people and the environment, and doing so without compromising future generations’ ability to meet their needs.

Today, this is regarded as the official definition of sustainability. It originates from the so-called Brundtland raport from 1987, named after Norway’s former prime minister Gro Harlem Brundtland.

Our goal is to become a company of sustainable sushi restaurants. So instead of calling it sustainable sushi, we came up with the name Sushi Stainable.

“We have embarked on a mission we will never complete. But we hope that our effort will spread like seeds”
